Yes the name sounds different, but all the ingredients for this recipe will be very familiar to you! Our good friend Cheryl Antonio has filmed us preparing the meal.

This recipe came to us by a good friend from Hudson Bays Sask. We were out on a fishing trip and he prepared the meal! Needless to say we were impressed. Over an open fire- fresh caught fish and good friends. Nothing could be better! Did I mention Bacon? Of course the #birchsyrup BBQ sauce tops the recipe off!

Now we don't get a chance to go fishing every day, or to have an open fire every day, so you can substitute your BBQ or oven for the heat source.
