We have been very busy for the past several months getting ready to set up a new system for our production facility. No more pails! Our new system is a combination of a vacuum and a reverse osmosis. The vacuum system will draw the sap from the trees to the production facility and the RO will concentrate the sap and remove 75% of the water prior to evaporating. We are very excited with the potential of this new system.
